Valve Replacement

Valve replacement is a surgical procedure that involves the replacement of a person's existing heart valve with an artificial valve. It is performed to treat diseased, damaged, or malfunctioning heart valves which can lead to blood flow blockages and cause serious health issues, including shortness of breath, chest pain, and heart failure. Valve replacement can reduce the risk of future complications and improve the patient's quality of life.
