Elbow Block

The elbow block is a type of nerve block used to prevent or reduce pain in a specific area by temporarily interrupting the nerve impulses that produce the sensation of pain. It is a safe, effective, and relatively simple surgical technique that is often used as a regional anesthetic in orthopedic and hand surgeries, as well as a pain relief technique for other medical procedures. Elbow blocks are a highly effective means of improving patient comfort and helping speed up the recovery process after surgery. They are also a valuable tool in helping to reduce the risk of complications resulting from inadequate pain relief.
