Structural Integration

Structural Integration is a holistic, postural therapy technique used to help re-establish the body’s natural alignment and functioning. It works to re-pattern a person’s posture and movement by releasing soft tissue restrictions in the body and helping to lengthen the muscles. Through this process, the body is balanced, strengthening the core muscles, propreoceptive awareness, and allowing for increased flexibility and function. Structural integration can help improve posture and reduce pain, increase energy levels and reduce stress, as well as help athletes improve their physical performance. It can also be used in rehabilitation and medical therapies.
