Hpv-11
Human papillomavirus 11 (HPV-11) is a virus of the papillomavirus family, primarily associated with genital warts. It is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections in humans, as well as one of the most common viral infections of the anogenital area in both males and females. HPV-11 is also linked to cervical cancer and other anogenital malignancies, making it an important target for the development of vaccines and other prevention methods. The existing HPV vaccines, such as Gardasil, protect against HPV-11, as well as other more cancer-causing types of HPV. Vaccination is the most effective way of protecting against HPV-11 and the associated health risks.
