Anal Cancer
Anal cancer is a type of cancer that occurs in the tissues of the anus. It can be either benign or malignant. Symptoms of anal cancer include rectal bleeding, anal discharge, anal itching, and pain in the anal region. Anal cancer can be caused by certain viruses, such as the human papillomavirus (HPV). Treatment for anal cancer typically involves radiation therapy and/or chemotherapy. Early detection and treatment of anal cancer is important to improve the chances of successful recovery.
