Psychoanalytic Therapy
Psychoanalytic therapy is a form of talk-based psychological therapy used to help clients understand and resolve issues related to their emotional and mental well-being. Unlike other types of therapy, psychoanalytic therapy (also known as psychodynamic therapy) encourages clients to explore their past experiences and identify how they may be influencing current reactions, worldviews, and behaviors. Through this type of therapeutic exploration, individuals are better able to gain insight into themselves, process emotions, and understand how past experiences may impact decisions, relationships, and overall well-being. Psychoanalytic therapy can be an effective tool to help individuals overcome issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship problems.
