Marriage and Couple Therapy
Marriage and couple therapy is a type of psychotherapy that helps married and unmarried couples work through and better understand the issues within their relationship. Through couples therapy, individuals work to identify harmful communication patterns, explore and reframe perspectives, and develop healthy ways of interacting with one another. This approach can be effective in restoring trust, improving communication, and providing insight and understanding between partners. Marriage and couple therapy can be beneficial to couples of all types, including those considering marriage, contemplating divorce, or looking to enhance their relationship.
