CounselingPsychologists may work with individuals, couples, families, or groups to help them better manage stress and improve their understanding of themselves and their interpersonal relationships. Through Counseling Psychology, individuals and families can gain insight into their emotions, thoughts, and behavior which can ultimately lead to improved mental health and wellbeing.
