Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is a form of healthcare that helps patients restore optimal function, mobility, and independence following injury, illness, trauma, or surgery. It utilizes an array of techniques, such as exercises, stretches, traction, electrical stimulation, and massage, to reduce pain, improve strength, and restore flexibility. Physical therapy is often used in conjunction with other treatments, such as medications and surgical intervention, to provide relief and prevention of further injury. Physical therapy also plays an important role in helping patients maintain physical fitness and improve quality of life.
