Work-related Fatigue

Work-related fatigue is a physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion related to occupational activities. It is a common problem among workers that can have serious consequences on their physical and psychological health and job performance. Work-related fatigue has been linked to a number of negative health outcomes, including an increased risk of accidents, decreased productivity, and an increased risk of burnout. It can be addressed through strategies such as good sleep hygiene, healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, workload adjustments, and improved work-life balance. By addressing work-related fatigue in the workplace, employers can reduce its negative impact on employee health and productivity and create a healthier and more productive environment for their employees.
