Structural Magnetic Resonance Imaging
Structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a form of non-invasive imaging technology used to create detailed 3-D images of the internal structures of the body. It is widely used in medical diagnosis and research, allowing doctors to view and monitor a patient’s internal organs and tissues. Structural MRI can be used to detect changes in tissue due to diseases or conditions, and to plan and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments. MRI is also used in research, providing greater detail and accuracy than traditional imaging methods, making it an invaluable tool for understanding the human body.
