Neuroengineering

Neuroengineering is an interdisciplinary field that applies engineering principles and techniques to the analysis and design of neural systems and biomechanical devices. It merges neuroscience with engineering in order to create devices and treatments that can be used to help treat neurological disorders and improve quality of life. Neuroengineering has the potential to revolutionize medical treatments, as it could be used to build devices and treatments that can help diagnose and treat neurological diseases such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and Epilepsy. It could also be used to develop artificial intelligence and improve prosthetic design. Its applications are vast, and it has the potential to improve the quality of life of individuals with neurological diseases.
