Neonatal Resuscitation

Neonatal resuscitation is the process of helping a newborn baby start breathing and supporting its life after delivery. It is an essential medical procedure for critically ill and preterm infants that require specialized care in order to survive. Neonatal resuscitation involves multiple steps such as clearing the airway, providing breathing support, and administering medications and fluids as needed. It requires the expertise of a medical team comprised of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcome for the infant. Improved neonatal resuscitation techniques have led to improved outcomes and higher survival rates in neonatal intensive care units. Neonatal resuscitation is an important part of providing quality healthcare for newborn infants, and it should be readily available for all infants needing assistance.
