Neurology and Neuroscience

Neurology and neuroscience are medical fields that focus on the study of the nervous system, which coordinates and controls all body functions. Neuroscience is a branch of biology that deals with the structure, development, and functioning of the nervous system, while neurology is a branch of medicine that deals with the diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of neurological diseases and disorders including stroke, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and many other neurological disorders. Neurology and neuroscience provide valuable tools to improve understanding of neurological diseases and develop effective treatments, while providing insight into the biological basis of human behavior.
