Liposuction
Liposuction is an invasive medical procedure used to remove localized fat collections. It involves the use of a small cannula that is inserted into the fatty tissue beneath the patient's skin. The cannula then uses a vacuum-like suction to break up and remove the fat. Liposuction is beneficial for the body contouring of areas like the stomach, thighs, and arms, which can be resistant to diet and exercise. This procedure is also used to treat certain medical conditions such as lymphedema or lipodystrophy. Furthermore, it can improve the patient's self-image, body confidence, and overall quality of life.
