Marine Biology
Marine biology is the study of life in the oceans or other saltwater environments. It investigates the behavior, physiology, classification, ecology and distribution of ocean organisms. It is an important field for understanding the impact of human activities on the ocean environment, as well as for potential medical, industrial, and commercial applications. Marine biology is a vast and complex field of research, and can encompass a wide range of topics. It covers the study of marine organisms, from the smallest plankton to the largest whales, from the simplest microbes to the most complex corals and fish. It also covers topics such as ocean chemistry, ocean ecology, and ocean engineering. Marine biology has also become increasingly important in providing insights into the effects of climate change on ocean ecosystems, as well as providing new renewable energy sources.
