Rhinitis

Rhinitis is an inflammation of the mucous membranes of the nose, characterized by a runny nose, itchiness, congestion, and sneezing. It can be caused by allergies, infections, or irritants. Treatment depends on the cause, but may include antihistamines, decongestants, and topical nasal sprays. Rhinitis is a common condition and can significantly affect quality of life and sleep. With the right treatment, however, it can be managed to improve patient’s comfort and well-being.
