Histamine
Histamine is a chemical released by the body when it is trying to fight off an allergy or infection. It is a key component of the immune system, and its release triggers the production of antibodies that can help ward off foreign substances. Histamine also plays an important role in regulating a number of physiological functions, such as digestion, blood pressure and sleep. Histamine can be used as an effective treatment for a variety of conditions, including allergies, asthma, nausea, migraine headaches and depression. Furthermore, it has a positive effect on overall health and well-being.
