Reservoir Fluids
A reservoir fluid is a type of organic liquid found in natural sedimentary and underground hydrocarbon reservoirs. It is composed of hydrocarbons and their condensates, as well as water and other mixture of non-hydrocarbons. Reservoir fluids are important components of the oil and gas industry and play an important role in the exploration, production, and storage of oil and natural gas. Reservoir fluids can also be used to facilitate the cleaning and removal of impurities from other fluids, as well as to identify potential underground hydrocarbon deposits. The properties and composition of reservoir fluids vary significantly depending on location, geology, and other factors.
