X-ray Radiography

X-ray radiography is a diagnostic medical imaging technique used to produce images of the internal structure of the body, most commonly to detect bone fractures or other types of injury. X-rays use ionizing radiation to penetrate the body, which then interacts with the body’s tissue and produces an image. X-ray radiography is used in both medical and industrial settings to provide a non-invasive method to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, from cancer and heart disease to identifying metal fatigue in aviation components. The use of high-energy x-rays can also provide detailed imaging of dynamic processes such as blood flow in the body. X-ray radiography is an essential tool in modern medicine and has proven to be an invaluable asset in the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of many diseases.
