Toes

Toes are small appendages at the ends of our feet that provide balance, stability, and help with locomotion. They are made up of several bones, tendons, and muscles. These components allow us to flex our toes, creating a more powerful and efficient stride. Toes help us to grip the ground, and provide balance when standing, running, and walking. Having healthy toes is essential for people who participate in sports, such as soccer, basketball, and running. In addition, toes also play an important role in the aesthetics of our feet.
