Musculoskeletal System
The musculoskeletal system is the network of muscles and bones that give the body its structure and allow us to move. It is essential for physical movement, posture, balance, and protection of vital organs, as well as providing support for the body. Without it, we would be unable to move or perform everyday activities. Its importance and uses range from aiding recovery from injury, assisting athletes in their sports performance, to playing a role in long-term health and wellbeing.
