Motor Reactions

Motor Reactions refer to the body’s response to changes in its environment. They are highly automatic, rapid, and stereotyped reflexes that allow the body to react quickly to changes in its surroundings. Motor Reactions are important for maintaining the body’s balance, stability, and protection against harm. They are also used for normal activities like walking, running, and lifting heavy objects. Motor Reactions help us to avoid hazards and respond to stimuli quickly and efficiently. They are critical for our overall health, safety, and well-being.
