Hydrocele

Hydrocele is a health condition in which fluid builds up in the scrotal sac, the thin membrane surrounding the testicles. The fluid may be clear or contain sperm, and can cause swelling and pain. It may occur in newborns, in which case it often resolves without treatment. In adults, hydrocele can be a symptom of an underlying condition. Treatment typically involves draining the fluid and, in some cases, surgery. Hydrocele is a common condition and can cause discomfort, so understanding the causes and treatments is important for both preventive and corrective care.
