Feet

Feet are the lower extremities of the human body and play an essential role in balance, weight-bearing and locomotion. They are composed of 26 bones, 33 joints, and more than 100 muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The foot is the most complex body structure, with numerous parts having specialized functions and carrying out many important activities. Foot exercises and proper footwear can help reduce foot pain, prevent foot injuries, and improve foot health. Feet also support the entire body and allow individuals to stand, walk, run, and jump. When feet are healthy, they can contribute to better overall mobility, health, and well-being.
