Cardiovascular Nutrition

Cardiovascular nutrition is the practice of eating a balanced diet that promotes healthy cardiovascular function. It includes focusing on a variety of foods that are rich in essential vitamins and minerals, such as whole grains, fruits, and vegetables, and limiting the intake of sodium and saturated fats.
