Eye Diseases
Eye diseases refer to a broad range of conditions and disorders that can affect the eyes and related structures. Eye diseases can range from mild to severe, and can affect one or both eyes. Signs of an eye disease may include blurred vision, double vision, floaters and flashes, redness of the eyes, or loss of peripheral vision. Eye diseases can result from genetic, age-related, or environmental factors. Early detection and treatment of eye diseases can lead to improved vision, and in some cases, the prevention of vision loss. Eye diseases are often treated with prescription eye drops, eye exercises, or surgery.
