Weight Perception
Weight Perception is the ability to accurately sense our own body weight or the weight of an object. It plays an important role in everyday life, helping us complete everyday activities such as lifting and carrying objects, or simply sitting up or standing up. A good weight perception can also allow us to make more informed dieting decisions and to adjust our lifestyle accordingly to maintain a healthy diet. Weight perception can be impaired as a result of injury, aging, or other conditions, leading to complications when carrying out daily activities. Therefore, it is important to be aware of weight perception to ensure that we are engaging in activities that are not too challenging for our physical abilities.
