Waist Circumference

Waist circumference is a measure of the distance around one’s waist. This metric is an important indicator of overall health, as having a large waist circumference is a predictor of an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases and Type 2 diabetes. Waist circumference can also be used to determine appropriate bodyweight and to measure changes in body fat over time. Measuring your waist circumference regularly can help you to monitor your health and make necessary changes to improve it.
