Over Weight

Overweight is a condition wherein a person has too much body fat in relation to their body weight or height. The condition carries an increased risk of developing health issues such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke. To prevent or reduce the risk of developing health complications, it is important to maintain a healthy body weight through diet and exercise.
