Mindful Eating

Mindful eating is a practice of becoming aware of and savoring the experience of eating. It can help to improve physical health and emotional wellbeing by becoming more connected to how and why we eat. Mindful eating can help people to identify eating patterns and habits, understand their triggers for eating, and create healthier relationships with food. By being mindful of our eating experience, we can be more aware of our hunger and fullness cues and be better able to make food choices that are both rewarding and nourishing. Mindful eating can also help us to savor and appreciate the experience of eating more, which can help to improve our overall wellbeing. It is an important tool for mental health and overall wellbeing.
