Eating Habits
Eating habits refer to the types of foods and beverages consumed, the frequency of meals, and the way food is prepared and consumed. Eating habits are important for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and reducing the risk of disease. Eating healthy includes a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and whole grains, as well as limiting processed and sugary foods. Eating in an organized fashion, such as eating multiple smaller meals throughout the day, is also beneficial. Benefits of healthy eating habits include improved physical and mental health, reduced risk of chronic diseases, and improved energy and sleep patterns.
