Eating Attitude
Test The Eating Attitude Test (EAT-26) is a 26-item self-report questionnaire designed to detect symptoms of eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia. The test measures attitudes and symptoms related to disordered eating, such as preoccupation with weight, fear of gaining weight, and overvaluation of body shape. It is commonly used by clinicians to assess the risk of eating disorders, as well as to monitor treatment progress. As the test is self-administered and easy to interpret, it can be a valuable tool in diagnosing, treating, and preventing eating disorders.
