Dieting
Dieting is the practice of eating food in a regulated and supervised fashion to decrease, maintain, or increase body weight. It is often used in combination with physical activity to achieve weight loss or maintenance. Dieting is often associated with improved health, as it can reduce the risk for certain chronic diseases, such as obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. Dieting can also improve mental health and overall quality of life.
