Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy used to help people identify unhealthy, negative thoughts and behaviors and replace them with healthier ones. CBT is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are all connected and that our thoughts can have a powerful effect on our behavior. This type of therapy has been used to help people make positive changes in their lives, including treating depression, anxiety, and a range of other mental health issues. CBT is also increasingly being used to improve physical health, such as helping people with chronic pain, obesity, insomnia, and other health issues.
