Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a form of traditional Japanese massage therapy which uses the palms and fingers to apply pressure to specific points on the body, helping to promote relaxation, reduce muscle tension and enhance wellbeing. Shiatsu is often used to help with headaches and other tension-related ailments, as well as to address stress and anxiety. It is widely used to promote physical and mental balance, improve circulation and strengthen the body’s natural healing abilities. Shiatsu is a holistic therapy, which works on an emotional, psychological and physical level, resulting in a more content and balanced lifestyle.
