Qi Gong

Qi gong (or "Qigong") is an ancient Chinese practice that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intent to harmonize the body and mind. It is a form of holistic healing, which encourages the free flow of energy (or life force, known as qi) throughout the body to promote health and vitality. Qi gong is widely used to improve physical health and emotional well-being, as well as to regulate stress levels. It has been linked to numerous health benefits, including increased energy, reduced inflammation, improved balance, enhanced flexibility, and a stronger immune system. Additionally, Qi gong is sometimes used as a form of meditation or contemplative practice, as practitioners must focus their attention on their breath and movements in order to access the potential benefits of this practice.
