Osteopathy
Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of medical conditions that focus on the relationship between structure and function of the body, and how this relationship affects the well-being of a person. Osteopathy is based on the idea of the body being able to heal itself. It differs from conventional medicine in that, rather than only treating the symptoms of a condition, it looks at the body as a whole and aims to restore the balance of body structures and functions, allowing the body to heal. Osteopathy is used to treat a variety of conditions, including back, neck, and shoulder pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, sports injuries and other muscular-skeletal problems. It is also used to treat digestive disorders, stress, and other systemic problems. Osteopathy can be a beneficial form of treatment for many people and can help improve overall health and well-being.
