Mind-body Practices

Mind-body practices are activities that combine physical, mental, and spiritual elements to help improve wellbeing. They include breath work, yoga, and mindfulness meditations. By focusing on awareness and mindfulness, these practices can reduce stress, improve physical and psychological health, and promote relaxation. They are increasingly being used to treat mental health conditions, for example depression and anxiety, with many studies showing their effectiveness. Mind-body practices may also help boost the immune system, improve sleep, and reduce chronic pain. These practices are suitable for people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. They help to promote balance in the body, mind and soul, resulting in improved physical and mental health.
