Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is a form of physical therapy in which special techniques such as rubbing, kneading, and pressing are used to manipulate the muscles and tissue of the human body. It is used to improve the body's circulation, reduce pain, reduce stress and anxiety, improve the range of motion, and increase flexibility and range of motion. Massage therapy has been used for centuries to treat various ailments, and recent studies have shown that it is effective in reducing physical and psychological stress, relieving pain, improving circulation, and general wellbeing. Massage therapy can be used to complement medical treatments, or as an alternative form of treatment in its own right.
