Kinesiology
Kinesiology is the science of human movement. It involves the study of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, neurobiology, and psychology to help people move better and be more efficient. It is useful in the prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of physical injuries and the optimization of physical performance. Kinesiology can help athletes improve their performance, treat chronic pain and postural problems, and prevent injuries.
