Bach Flower Remedies

Bach flower remedies are a form of alternative medicine developed in the 1930s by Dr. Edward Bach, a British physician and bacteriologist. It is based on the belief that plants have healing properties that can be used as a therapeutic remedy. The remedies consist of a combination of 38 flower essences, each of which is said to address a specific mental or emotional state. The remedies are typically taken orally, either as drops of liquid or tablets. They are said to help people overcome mental and emotional issues, such as fear, anxiety, stress, grief, and depression. By improving mental and emotional health, Bach flower remedies are also believed to help restore physical health. These remedies are safe for use with both adults and children, and can be taken along with other medications.
