Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils and other aromatic plant compounds to promote healing and health. These oils are typically applied through massage, diffused in the air, or inhaled through the nose. Aromatherapy has been shown to have a variety of benefits, including reducing stress and anxiety, improving sleep, alleviating headaches and muscle pain, and boosting the immune system. It has also been used to help treat depression, digestive issues, and menstrual pain. Aromatherapy is a safe and natural way to enhance well-being and improve overall health.
