Acupressure
Acupressure is a traditional Chinese medicine practice that involves the application of pressure to specific points on the body. This pressure can be applied by the fingers, hands, elbows, feet, or with the use of various devices. This pressure is believed to restore balance to the body's energy flow (known as qi), thus promoting physical and emotional well-being. Acupressure has been used to help treat a variety of medical and health related issues, such as neck pain, headaches, chronic stress, and migraines. It is also being increasingly used as a complementary therapy for people with cancer and other chronic illnesses. Acupressure is safe, non-invasive, and drug-free, making it a popular and effective natural health treatment.
