Industrial Microbiology

Industrial Microbiology is a branch of microbiology which focuses on the application of microorganisms for industrial processes. It includes the study and use of microorganisms for the manufacturing of products and the use of microorganisms for industrial processes, such as wastewater treatment, fermentation, and bioremediation. Industrial Microbiology is an important area of research as it plays a crucial role in the advancement of various industries, such as pharmaceuticals, food production, bioplastic production, and biofuel production. It is also useful in helping to reduce pollution and enhance sustainability.
