Antibodies

Antibodies are proteins produced by the immune system to identify and neutralize foreign substances, such as bacteria and viruses, in the body. They are essential for fighting off disease, and also play a role in some autoimmune diseases. Antibodies are key components of an active, healthy immune system and are used in a variety of medical applications, such as diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of diseases. They can also be used to identify and differentiate between different types of cells or molecules, and to detect the presence of specific pathogens in the environment. Antibodies are an important tool in the fight against disease and are essential for maintaining health.
