Chemotherapy for Breast Cancer
Chemotherapy is a type of treatment used to fight breast cancer through the use of drugs. These drugs are designed to stop the growth of cancer cells and can be administered orally, intravenously, or through injections. The use of chemotherapy to treat breast cancer can be used as a primary treatment, in combination with radiation therapy, or after surgery to reduce the risk of recurrence. Chemotherapy has been found to be effective in treating many types of breast cancer and can greatly increase the chances of survival for patients.
