Fibroblast Growth Factor
Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF) is a protein produced by cells in the human body. It plays an important role in the growth and development of tissues and organs, as well as in cell repair and healing. FGF has been studied for its potential therapeutic applications, including for several types of cancer, wound healing, and heart and organ repair. FGF is also being investigated for its use in tissue engineering, stem cell therapy, and regenerative medicine, wherein it is thought to help repair and regenerate damaged cells.
