Cell-free Protein Synthesis
Cell-free protein synthesis is a method used to produce proteins without the need for living cells. The proteins produced are usually much purer than those produced through conventional techniques. This method can be used to synthesize proteins for research and medical applications, such as creating large amounts of a specific protein for drug development. In addition, cell-free protein synthesis can also be used to make therapeutic proteins, including antibodies and enzymes, to be used to treat diseases. Furthermore, this method can be used to create functional proteins in order to study the structure and function of proteins. Overall, cell-free protein synthesis is a powerful tool for biomedical research and drug development.
