Cell Communication
Cell Communication is the process whereby cells exchange information with each other. It involves the transfer of molecules, such as hormones, enzymes, and proteins, between cells. The primary function of cell communication is to regulate the behavior of cells within an organism. By communicating with one another, cells can coordinate their activities to ensure the body functions properly. Cell communication is essential for the development and maintenance of living organisms, as it is involved in many physiological processes, such as the immune response, metabolism, and wound healing. Cell communication can also be used in research, to better understand the functioning of cells and how they interact with each other.
